Our event was sold out and filled with the sounds, flavors and scents of the Temecula Valley. Steve Chapin owner of Chapin Family Vineyard open his doors and welcomed our guests with a 5 flight wine tasting. The featured dish was chicken piccata accompanied by a lemon, herbed organic zucchini orzo, an organic salad with locally grown produce tossed in a poppy seed dressing. The finale was a vanilla bean ice cream with macerated berries infused with pomegranate flavored tequila hand crafted by Pochteca. Our guests enjoyed an assorted cheese platter, while the 5 flight wine tasting was administered by the wine servers.
