Eating salads are nutritious, but juicing gives the body optimal absorption of minerals. Studies have shown that Americans are depleted of minerals.  Juicing breaks down the cells of the vegetables where all the minerals and nutrients are and we get a burst of flavor packed with nutrition. I make green, orange and red juice and I use local and organic when available.  This one is my orange juice, made with carrots, celery, pineapple, lime and ginger. Benefits; beta carotene from the carrots, blood cleanser from the ginger, fiber from the celery, lime rind is known for fat burning and healing bacterial infections. I encourage you to juice it when ever possible.
