Herbs are essential for flavor and nutrition. Join us for a fun class on how to implement fresh herbs into your daily cooking. This is a hands on class, outdoors at a boutique winery. You will learn how to prepare a 3 course meal with fresh organic herbs and we will enjoy the fruits of our labor family style with 3 tastings of the vintners selected wine from the barrel room.
