Live Cooking Classes at the Olive Festival. Join Sonia Perez of Eating Off The Vine at the beautiful Highland Springs Resort for the Olive Wine and Cheese Festival on Saturday, October 29, 2016. Enjoy a day of crafts, talented and unique artisans, live cooking classes, candle making and much more. Sonia will be teaching a class presenting “Cooking With Herbs” from 2:00pm-3:00 pm.  Sonia will share her love of cooking and will prepare healthy dishes made with only the freshest ingredients.  Her lemon herb vinaigretess and herb cheese spreads that are free of sugar, artificial flavors and preservatives will be available for purchase  More here
